রিটার্ন শিপিং

রিফান্ড
মূল্য ফেরত পদ্ধতি
কেনাকাটার জন্য ব্যবহৃত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতেই পরবর্তী সময়ে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে। রিটার্নকৃত আইটেম প্রাপ্ত এবং তা চেক করার পরে রিফান্ড প্রসেস করার জন্য ০৩-১০ কার্যদিবস পর্যন্ত সময় প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। কোনো কারণ ছাড়া শুধুমাত্র চেঞ্জ অফ মাইন্ড বা ইচ্ছা পরিবর্তনের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে, উল্লিখিত সময়সীমা (ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার সময় হতে ৭২ ঘন্টা) মধ্যে কোনো ক্রেতা পণ্য রিটার্ন করলে তার নগদ মূল্য ফেরত পাওয়ার জন্য ক্রেতা প্রাথমিক মূল্য থেকে ১০% মূল্য কম পাবে বা ক্রয়মুল্যর সমান বা তার বেশি মূল্যের অন্য ডিভাইস বা পণ্য nexthand.com থেকে অর্ডার করতে পারবে।
আংশিক ফেরত
ক্রেতা কোনো কোনো পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে আঙ্গশিক রিফান্ড পেতে পারেন যদি রিটার্ন কৃত আইটেমটি তার আসল অবস্থায় না থাকে, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয় বা কোনো পার্টস এতে অনুপস্থিত থাকে। আংশিক ফেরতের পরিমাণ কেস-বাই-কেস ভিত্তিতে নির্ধারণ করা হবে।
অফেরতযোগ্য আইটেম
সমস্ত গ্যাজেট আইটেম, (যেমন চার্জিং ক্যাবল, গেমিং কনসোল, ), যদি শুধুমাত্র মন পরিবর্তনের শর্তে এসকল পণ্যের মুল্য ফেরত দাবি করা হয় তবে তা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়৷

We accept returns within 72 Hours from the time of receiving the device. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This includes the original packaging, accessories, and any accompanying documentation.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@nexthand.com or call our customer support within the specified return period. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to return the item.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return results from our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange of the item as per the customer's wish and our policy.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 07-10 working days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. In terms of change of mind, for getting the cash value refund the buyer will get a 10% value reduction from the initial price or he/she can order another device or product from nexthand.com of the same or more value if it is returned within 72 hours of getting the delivery.
A partial refund may sometimes be issued if the returned item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
All gadget items, such as cable, accessories, and gaming consoles, are non-refundable if a refund is claimed in terms of change of mind.
